• Breathe — Guided breathing and urge surfing
• Solve — Cognitive distraction games
• Reframe — AI-powered cognitive reframing

Additional features include clean days tracking, session insights, and a personal journal.

AI-Generated Content

The Reframe feature uses artificial intelligence (Claude by Anthropic) to generate personalized responses. These responses are:

Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use Beat The Urge. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription Plans:

• Weekly subscription
• Monthly subscription
• Yearly subscription
• Lifetime access (one-time purchase)

Billing: Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account. Prices are displayed in the app and may vary by region.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
